We are seeking a talented System Architect to develop strategic solutions that integrate diverse Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) tools and Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) solutions into a unified system that meets customer requirements. In this role, you will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that system architecture aligns with the organization's needs and complies with relevant standards.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
As a System Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing system information requirements through analysis of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems.
- Designing comprehensive architecture that includes software, hardware, and communications, ensuring compatibility with external interfaces and adherence to agency IT architecture standards.
- Evaluating the impact of both planned and unplanned modifications, offering innovative recommendations to optimize system architecture.
- Utilizing software development methodologies and design best practices to ensure that tool integration is feasible and effective.
- Ensuring the common operating system is compliant with organizational standards and providing daily supervision and direction to staff.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align system design with customer and operational requirements.
Qualifications:
- Required Skills and Experience:
- Associate's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
- Compliance with DD8570 for Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification.
- Certification in operating systems (e.g., Microsoft, Linux, etc.).
- Experience in Active Directory, Identity Management, SCCM, DNS, Group Policy, Active Role Servers, Privileged Account Management (PAM), and MS Exchange (if assigned to Directory Services TTOs).
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of COTS and GOTS tools integration.
- Experience with large-scale IT system design, particularly in mission-critical environments.
- Familiarity with system architecture standards and best practices.
- Proven ability to evaluate workflows and organizational planning to optimize system efficiency.
