Overview
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Senior Account Executive. The Senior Account Executive Serves as a Senior Account Executive and responsible for sustaining company relationships with the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM), its subordinate commands, and select other U.S. Government organizations located within the Indo-Pacific region. This position enables the company's growth objectives by leading pursuits of specific opportunities while interacting, creating, and maintaining relationships with these customers. The executive prepares market strategies, identifies and helps create opportunities, and executes capture plans in coordination with the company's business units. This position is located in Hawaii and reports to the Chief Growth Officer .

Essential Job Duties
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and maintain relationships with industry partners actively in target markets.
- Lead strategic account planning, prioritization, and pipeline development. Identify new services and adjacent market opportunities based on customer requirements.
- Establish and grow existing and new customer bases by strategically seeking out and creating opportunities and channels to market.
- Develop win strategies, solutions, and lead new business pursuits.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's service offerings and be able to represent their benefits and functionality to customers.
- Participate in corporate trade shows and industry events.
- Develop a network of key partners to optimize win probabilities.
- Align relationships, channels to market, pipeline, win strategies and capability development with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Minimum Requirements
- Active in scope Secret level clearance.
- Bachelor's degree + 10 years of BD and/or INDOPACOM experience.
- Must be knowledgeable of the INDOPACOM Mission Network (IMN), Mission Partner Environment (MPE) and coalition data sharing networks.
- Must possess the ability to work across organizational boundaries and jurisdictions, leading customer meetings and cross-discipline teams in the development of customer solutions.
- Exceptionally demonstrated verbal communication, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
Contingencies:
- A favorable review of ethics for letters concerning post-government employment if one has previously served in government.
