Specific responsibilities include:
- Fully responsible for cost / schedule / performance associated with all Engineering activities associated with the delivery of ACS SI&T services and products
- Sets the strategic direction for IWS 1 agency, TDP development, technical surge efforts and innovation efforts
- Directs the efforts of Engineering sub-teams, such as Physical Engineering, Command and Control Engineering, SPY Engineering, Design and Integration Engineering and Topside Engineering
- Develops highly complex business strategies to achieve business targets
- Keeps current with cutting edge business and economic trends to forecast how the business will need to adapt and change over time
- Manages or supervises multiple departments and disciplines
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- A Bachelor of Arts or Science (BA/BS) in the relevant field and 15+ years of relevant experience (or 20+ years of experience without a degree).
- Active Secret clearance is required with the ability to obtain Top Secret. Active Top Secret clearance is desired.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of the larger GDIT Navy and Marine Corps Sector.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
